We offer discounted weekday (Monday-Friday) rates on our professional services: officiant, on-site coordinator/hostess, decorator, photographer, videographer, DJ and musicians. The lower weekday rates and the weekend rates are listed in the Price List below. If planning a holiday or sunrise wedding, please see the section on "Holidays & Sunrises." 6% Florida Sales Tax will be added to the Prices in the Price List.

Officiating & Coordinating Services:
$225 Weekend or $175 Weekday: Offiiant: Non-denominational minister, interfaith minister or notary. Included with this service is a customized ceremony, phone rehearsal, a decorative ceremony certificate (Wedding or Renewal of Vows) and your Florida Marriage License will be filed with the Clerk of Court in the county where you purchased the license.
$200 Weekend or $150 Weekday: Formal Rehearsal: A one hour rehearsal is scheduled at your wedding location a day or more before your ceremony.
$75: Same Day Rehearsal: A rehearsal is scheduled at the wedding location shortly before the ceremony.
$50: Rehearsal at officiant's office. (When available)
$200 Weekend or $150 Weekday: On-Site Coordinator & Hostess: This wedding professional assists the bride & groom, the wedding party and your guests to ensure a relaxed wedding celebration. This service includes coordinating with all wedding professionals, pinning on boutonnieres & corsages, directing your processional, recessional and the beachside reception. At your beachside reception, your coordinator also serves as your hostess; assisting the bride and groom with the toasting and cake cutting and then serving your guests and cleaning up afterwards. (Note: If you are having a cake reception for more than 10 people, you will need to reserve a coordinator/hostess to assist you.)
Wedding Photography:
$450 Weekend or $350 Weekday: Wedding Photography Package With Negatives: One hour of professional digital photography, unlimited shots and the full resolution digital files (digital negatives) of all photos taken on CD with written copyright release.
$150: Extra hour of photography service. (Note: Reserve as many hours as you like. Your photographer can photograph your beach wedding and photograph receptions at nearby reception facilities)
$75: Extra half hour of photography service.
$25: Hosting/Viewing/Buying of all photos taken on an Internet Website.
Photography Extras:
$250: Storybook Album: 11.25 " x 8.75" glossy pages, in an attractive hard cover album. Select your10 favorite photos and then another 40 photos. (Total of 50 photos) From this selection, your photographer creates your storybook album. Shipping within in the United Stated included.
$10: 5" x 7" Individual Enlargement of your choosing.

$325 Weekend or $225 Weekday: Beach Portraits: Beach Engagement Photos or Beach Family Photo Session: Tell your vacationing guests that they can reserve our photographer for a family or couple beach portrait session. These portraits make great keepsakes and gifts for grandparents! The photo session is a fun and relaxing experience! Your photographer will provide beach appropriate props; to give a tropical flair to some of your photos. A variety of traditional and creative shots will be taken. Up to one hour of professional digital photography. Included, is the full resolution digital files (digital negatives) of all photos taken on CD with written copyright release. So, make all the enlargements you like!
$300 Weekend or $200 Weekday: Trash The Dress Photo Session: Up to one hour of professional digital photography after the wedding festivities on your wedding day or the next day. Use anything you can find on the beach to "trash the dress." Also, bring any bio-friendly products you like. Included, are the full resolution digital files (digital negatives) of all photos taken on CD with written copyright release.
Wedding Video: Videography:
Please Note: Music for your video is selected by our video company. If you want specific music, you must provide this company wit a CD of the songs you want the day of your wedding or mail it to them in advance. The video you receive is a final edited copy. Additional editing is available at an additional charge.
$250 Weekday or Weekend: Basic Videotaping Service: Professional videotaping, ceremony only, wired for sound, one edited video on DVD included. Background music added to non-ceremony portions of the video. This basic service is only available when purchased in conjunction with a photography package.
$425 Weekend or $325 Weekday: Deluxe Videotaping Service: One hour of professional videotaping, wired for sound, video edited, background music added to non-ceremony portions of video. Videotaping includes the processional, ceremony, recessional and after wedding festivities. Two copies on DVD included.

$300 Weekend or $200 Weekday: DJ Service: One hour of professional D J Service with a microphone provided for officiant & other speakers or singers. Song requests can be e-mailed to your DJ prior to ceremony.

$350 Weekend or $250 Weekday: Live Music: One hour of Professional Live Music: One Guitarist, Harpist, Celtic Harpist, Bag Piper, or Steel Drum Player.

$50: Microphone: An amplifier and a wind guarded microphone is provided for the officiant and other speakers or singers to use for the ceremony. Portable power source included.
$50: IPOD & CD Stereo System: Wedding music provided or bring your own song selections on a CD or your IPOD. We have a selection of traditional classical, Celtic harp, modern soft jazz or steel drum wedding music for you to choose from. Portable power source included.
Transportation:
$300: Three Hours of Limousine Service: Provided in the local Cocoa Beach/Melbourne area or to and from the Orlando/Kissimmee area. The limousine seats up to eight people. Driver gratuity is not included in price. (There may be an extra surcharge on weekends and at certain times of the year; such as prom or homecoming seasons. There is a three hour minimum booking requirement. You will need one or two more hours of service if you are traveling from Orlando or the Kissimmee Disney area. Extra hours are $100 each.)
Price Varies: Stretch Hummer Limousine: Seats up to 20 people. Three hours of service in the local Cocoa Beach/Melbourne area or to and from Orlando and surrounding cities. Gratuity not included in price. (There is a three hour minimum booking requirement.)

Holidays and Sunrises:
$100: Sunrise & Holidays: Additional charge for all wedding professional services: photographer, videographer, officiant, on-site coordinator/hostess, DJ, decorator and musicians for holidays, three day holiday weekends and sunrise weddings.
Price Varies: Limousines: Weekends and some times of the year (such as holidays and prom nights) may have higher rates.

$85: Bridal Bouquet: Roses: fresh and hand tied; your color choice. The bouquet includes a filler flower; such as baby's breath, greenery, ribbon around the stems and a bow with a real sea shell.

$60: Bridal Flower Halo: Custom made headpiece; sized to fit the bride and match her bouquet. The fresh flowers are arranged on a thin, dried grapevine wreath. Brides often choose a rose bouquet with baby's breath and wear a matching halo that is decorated with baby's breath and small baby roses.
$80: Bridal Flower Halo with Veil: A short, one tier, detachable veil (white or ivory) extends from a custom made headpiece; sized to fit the bride and match her bouquet. The fresh flowers are arranged on a thin, Florida grapevine halo. Brides often choose a rose bouquet with baby's breath and wear a matching wreath that is decorated with baby's breath and small baby roses.
$50: Bride's Maids Halo: Custom made headpiece; sized to fit the lady's head and match the wedding colors. The fresh flowers are arranged on a circle made from a thin Florida grapevine.

Wedding Decorations:
Please Note: All Decorations include delivery, setup and takedown by an experienced beach wedding decorator. The decorations listed below reflect the discounted weekday rates. $200: White Wedding Arch: Arch with side planter boxes is decorated with silk white flowers & greenery. An extra flower colors may be added to the arch at no extra charge.

$400: Deluxe Bamboo Arch: This one of a kind bamboo arch creates an eloquent tropical setting for your ceremony. Silk tropical flowers and green palm fronds add color to the arch. Sheer white or ivory fabric drapes across the top of the arch and flows around side poles; giving it a soft look. The arch is tall and wide enough for the bride and groom to stand beneath. The height is adjustable. (Notes: The arch can be accented with silk flower colors of your choice. Colored organza or tulle can also be added. Your color choice.) $500: Elegant Wedding Canopy: This is a one of a kind, four pole bamboo wedding structure. (It can also be called a huppa, chuppah or gazebo) It has a sheer white or ivory fabric covering; providing both a sacred space and shade. The height is adjustable. Sheer fabric flows down the sides and around the four bamboo poles. The canopy is further decorated with tropical silk white flowers and greenery. $150: Double Tiki Torch Altar & Sand Unity Ceremony: Two pairs of large, decorated tiki torches & silk green plants in the sand. The torches can be arranged in a straight line or in the shape of a square. The Sand Unity Ceremony is placed in the middle.
$100: Palm Trees: A pair of six ft tall, life-like palms & silk green plants in the sand.
$100: Double Tiki Torch Altar: Two pairs of large, decorated tiki torches & silk green plants in the sand. The torches can be arranged in a straight line or in the shape of a square.
$50: Tiki Torch Altar: Two large decorated torches & silk green plants in the sand.
$50: Pedestal Arrangements: Two arrangements of silk ferns and tropical white flowers are placed upon two white stands.
$50: Bamboo Aisle Runner: This natural runner made of bamboo or sea grass gives the wedding party and the bride a tropical and Polynesian walk down the aisle. It is a natural bamboo color with the edges trimmed in orange. Note: Wedding party must be wear flats or be barefoot.
$100: Aisle: Two large conch shells begin an aisle of silk green plants, white flowers and tiki torches. You have a choice of tiki torches heights: mini tikis (12 inch), mid-height (2 1/2 ft) tikis decorated with sea shells or tall tikis, (4 ft) decorated with silk greenery and white flowers or (4 ft) torches decorated with colorful birds of paradise. Colorful flowers may be added to the aisle way; your color choice. See the Decoration Packages for pictures.
$50: Rose Petal Cover Trail: Fresh rose petals are scattered over the walkway for the wedding party to walk on. Your choice of colors.
$200: Circle or Heart of Greenery & Tiki Torches: A circle or heart of silk green plants, mini or mid-height tiki torches and two large, decorated Polynesian tiki torches create a special sacred circle in the sand for the bride, groom and officiant. Fresh rose petals are scattered within the circle. (One color of silk flowers may also be added to the greenery at no extra charge.)
$50: Sand Unity Ceremony: A decorated stand, vases of different colors of sand for each person & a keepsake heart-shaped vase make a fun addition to your ceremony. This is for couples or families. See the
Photo Gallery for pictures. Sand color choices are: Dark blue, ocean blue, green, orange, pink, purple, white, natural and black. (Vase shapes, other than hearts are available upon request.)
$25: Wishing Shells or Blessing Stones: Each person receives a genuine Florida sea shell or stone with the bride and groom's name and the wedding date on it. As a group, we walk down to the shoreline after the main ceremony, a few words are spoken by your officiant and each person silently makes a wish or prayer for the bride and groom. Together, we throw the shells or stones into the ocean. (Up to 25 shells or stones.)
$50: Aisle Marker Chair Bows: Tropical white bows, decorated with sea shells adorn the chairs along the aisle. (Other bow colors can be requested.)
$5 Each: Chairs: up to 140 white lattice back chairs are available. Delivery, set-up and take-down included.
$5 Each: Chair Covers and Sashes: Each chair is adorned with a silky white chair cover and a colorful sash. Your color choice for the sash.

Cakes: You have a choice of vanilla, chocolate cake or half & half cake and you have a choice of white, off-white butter cream frosting or chocolate fudge frosting. An accent color can also be added to your cake.
$125: Intimate Beachside Wedding Cake & Toasting: Includes a small one tier cake topped with fresh flowers (mini bridal bouquet), chilled sparkling apple cider for toasting, a covered decorated table, cake platter & cutter & server, keepsake toasting flutes for the bride & groom and service (disposable plates, glasses, forks, napkins) for the bride and groom only or up to eight guests may be included. (Having more than eight guests? Add $5 for each extra person.)

$350: Three Tier Cake & Beverage Beachside Reception: Decorated three tier separated cake. The cake serves 50 if you plan to keep the top tier or 60 if you serve all three tiers. Each tier has a fresh flower cake topper. (mini bridal bouquets) Reception includes chilled sparkling punch in a punchbowl, table covering, cake platter, cutter & server, disposable plates, glasses, forks, napkins and keepsake toasting flutes for bride & groom.
Price Varies: Larger and Customized Cakes can be ordered. Cakes can also be delivered to your reception site at a nearby location.
$1 Each: Bottled water and Sodas: Chilled on ice in a cooler.
Reception Platters: An assortment of chilled sodas and bottled water are provided with the reception platters as well as disposable glasses, plates, napkins and forks.
A) $100: Cheese & Fruit Platter: serves 25: Assorted cubed cheeses and fruits are served with crackers. (Add $20 for each additional 5 guests)
B) $175: Meat & Cheese Platter serves 25: Assorted sliced meats & cheeses with a centerpiece garnish of jumbo olives. Served with crackers, small sandwich rolls and condiments. (Add $25 for each additional 5 guests)
C) $75: Veggie Platter serves 25: Assortment of fresh vegetables and dip. (Add $15 for each additional 5 guests)
Other Florida Locations:
We offer beach wedding packages outside of the Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, Patrick AFB & Cape Canaveral areas. We service Vero Beach, Sebastian, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, St. Augustine, Orlando, Kissimmee, Central Florida and other beaches on the Florida east coast. We also provide service to the Florida west coast beaches such as St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Anna Maria, Sand Key Park, Honeymoon Island, Madeira Beach and Pass-a-Grill in the greater Tampa Bay, Clearwater & St. Petersburg areas. (Note: Washington Oaks Gardens State Park in Palm Coast is beautiful and secluded. The park has a beautiful beach, a river view and a rose garden! It is located about 20 miles south of St Augustine.)
