Weekday Price List (Non-Holidays)
You can use our A-La-Carte Price List to create your own unique package or use it to add and remove items and services from one of our featured full service "Romantic Packages" or "Decoration Packages." Many items are priced the same on weekdays and weekends; as well as holidays and sunrises. However, we offer lower weekday (Monday-Friday; Non-Holiday) rates on professional services: officiant, on-site coordinator/hostess, decorator, photographer, videographer, DJ and musician. The lower weekday rates are stated in the Price List. If planning a weekend, holiday or sunrise wedding, please see the section on "Weekends, Holidays & Sunrises." 6% Florida Sales Tax will be added to the Prices in the Price List.
Officiating & Coordinating Services:
$150: Offiiant: Non-denominational Minister, interfaith minister or Notary Customized ceremony and certifying & returning your license to the Clerk of Court is included.
$100: Formal Rehearsal: A one hour rehearsal is scheduled at your wedding location a day or more before your ceremony.
$50: Same Day Rehearsal: A rehearsal is scheduled at the wedding location shortly before the ceremony.
$30: Rehearsal at officiant's office. (When available)
$150: On-Site Coordinator & Hostess: This wedding professional assists the bride & groom, the wedding party and your guests to ensure a relaxed wedding celebration. This service includes coordinating with all wedding professionals, pinning on boutonnieres & corsages, directing your processional, recessional and the beachside reception. At your beachside reception, your coordinator also serves as your hostess; assisting the bride and groom with the toasting and cake cutting and then serving your guests and cleaning up afterwards.
Photography:
$200: Basic Package: One hour of professional digital photography, unlimited shots and proofs of all photos taken. (Please note that the proofs are not suitable for making enlargements)
$325: Deluxe Package: One hour of professional digital photography, unlimited shots, proofs and 24 professional 5" X 7" enlargements of your choosing in a memory album.
$325: Package With Negatives: One hour of professional digital photography, unlimited shots and the full resolution digital files (digital negatives) of all photos taken on CD with copyrights.
$450: Super Deluxe Package: One hour of professional digital photography, unlimited shots, 24 professional 5" X 7" enlargements of your choosing in a memory album and the full resolution digital files (digital negatives) of all photos taken on CD with copyrights.
Photography Extras:
$25: Hosting/Viewing/Buying of all photos taken on an Internet Website.
$125: Extra hour of photography service.
$65: Extra half hour of photography service.
$150: Storybook Album: 20 collaged pages, 8.5 x 11 soft cover. Couples select their top 10 favorite photos and then another 40 photos. (for a total of 50 photos) From this selection, your photographer creates storybook album.
$125: Musical Memories DVD: Your photographer takes the images from your wedding and puts them to the music of your choice.
Videography:
$250: Basic Videotaping Service: Professional videotaping, ceremony only, wired for sound, one edited video on DVD or VHS included. Background music added to non-ceremony portions of the video. This basic service is only available when purchased in conjunction with a photography package.
$325: Deluxe Videotaping Service: One hour of professional videotaping, wired for sound, video edited, background music added to non-ceremony portions of video. Videotaping includes the processional, ceremony, recessional and after wedding festivities. Two copies on DVD or VHS included.
$25: Extra video: DVD or VHS.
$125: Extra hour of service videotaping service.
$65: Extra half hour of videotaping service.
Music & Microphones:
$200: DJ Service: One hour of professional D J Service with a microphone provided for officiant & other speakers or singers. Song requests can be e-mailed to your DJ prior to ceremony.
$125: Extra hour of DJ service.
$250: Live Music: One hour of Professional Live Music: One Guitarist, Harpist, Celtic Harpist, Bag Piper, or Steele Drum Player.
$375: Duets: One hour of Professional Live Music: A guitarist and violinist or a cellist and violinist.
$475: Trio: One hour of Professional Live Music: Two guitarists & a bass.
$125: Extra hour live music.
Price varies: String Quartet: 2 violins, a viola, and a cello.
$75: Karaoke Machine: Has good quality speakers and microphone for the officiant and other speakers or singers to use for the ceremony.
$25: Small portable stereo: Wedding music provided on CD or bring your own song selections on CD. We have a selection of traditional classical, Celtic harp, modern soft jazz or steel drum wedding music for you to choose from.
Transportation:
$275: Three Hours of Limousine Service: Provided in the local Cocoa Beach/Melbourne area or to and from the Orlando/Kissimmee area. The limousine seats up to eight people. Driver gratuity is not included in price. (Weekends and some times of the year have higher rates and there is a three hour minimum booking requirement.)
Price Varies: Stretch Hummer Limousine: Seats up to 20 people. Three hours of service in the local Cocoa Beach/Melbourne area or to and from Orlando and surrounding cities. Gratuity not included in price. (There is a three hour minimum booking requirement.)
Price varies: Larger limousines can be arranged.
Notice: A horse drawn carriage is available for some limited weddings sites. Inquiries and arrangements can be made through Horse Sisters; a non-profit organization.
Weekends, Holidays and Sunrises:
$100: Sunrise & Holidays: Additional charge for photographer, videographer, officiant, on-site coordinator/hostess, DJ, decorator and musicians for holidays, three day holiday weekends and sunrise weddings. ( If you choose a sunrise or holiday wedding on a weekend, you will also be charged the weekend fees.)
$100: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Additional charge for photographer, videographer, DJ, decorator and musicians.
$25: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Additional charge for officiant and on-site coordinator / hostess.
Price Varies: Limousines: Weekends and some times of the year (such as holidays and prom nights) may have higher rates.

$85: Bridal Bouquet: Roses: fresh and hand tied; your color choice. The bouquet includes a filler flower; such as baby's breath, greenery, ribbon around the stems and a bow with a real sea shell.
$85: Bridal Bouquet: Tropical Flowers: hand tied, fresh seasonal, your choice of mixed colors: pastels or bright colors. The bouquet includes greenery, ribbon around the stem and a bow with a real sea shell.
$50: Bride’s Maid Bouquet: Fresh roses or tropical flowers; your color choice.
$35: Junior Bride’s Maid Bouquet: Fresh roses or tropical flowers; sized smaller for girls, your color choice.
$60: Bridal Flower Wreath: Custom made headpiece; sized to fit the bride and match her bouquet. The fresh flowers are arranged on a thin, dried grapevine wreath. Brides often choose a rose bouquet with baby's breath and wear a matching wreath that is decorated with baby's breath and small baby roses.
$100: Bridal Flower Wreath with Veil: A short, one tier, detachable veil extends from a custom made headpiece; sized to fit the bride and match her bouquet. The fresh flowers are arranged on a thin, dried grapevine wreath. Brides often choose a rose bouquet with baby's breath and wear a matching wreath that is decorated with baby's breath and small baby roses.
$35: Girl's Flower Wreath: Custom made headpiece; sized to fit the child's head. The fresh flowers are arranged on a thin, dried grapevine wreath with your choice of colors.
$15: Boutonniere: Fresh roses or tropical flowers: your color choice.
$10: Junior Boutonniere: Fresh roses or tropical flowers: sized for boys with your color choice.
$30: Corsage: Roses or tropical flowers: pin-on or wrist & your choice of colors.
$15: Garter: Toss-away or save as a keepsake.
$30: Toss-Away Bouquet: Simple and pretty fresh flower bouquet or silk bouquet; your choice.
$15: Flower Girl Basket with fresh rose petals: traditional white or tropical colored basket.

$2 Each: Keepsakes Silk Lei: Multicolored: bright tropical colors, pastels or white.
Wedding Decorations:
Please Note: All Decorations include delivery, setup and takedown by an experienced beach wedding decorator.
$200: White Wedding Arch: Arch with side planter boxes is decorated with silk white flowers & greenery. An extra flower color may be added or a mixture of colorful tropical flowers may be added to the arch at no extra charge.

$400: Wedding Canopy: This is a one of a kind wedding canopy (It can also be called a huppa, chuppah or gazebo) has a white fabric canopy providing both a sacred space and shade. Sheer white fabric drapes across the top of the arch and flows around the four white side poles. The canopy is further decorated with tropical silk white flowers and tulle. This wedding canopy is large enough and tall enough for the bride, groom and officiant to stand inside.

(Notes: Bamboo poles can be substituted for the white poles. Mixed tropical flowers or a single color can be substituted for the white flowers. The structure can also be set up as an arch with two poles instead of four poles. No extra charge for these modifications.)
$400: Bamboo Wedding Arch: This one of a kind bamboo arch creates an eloquent tropical setting for your ceremony. Silk tropical flowers add color to the arch. Sheer white fabric drapes across the top of the arch and flows around two side poles; giving it a soft look. The arch is tall enough for the bride and groom to stand beneath it. See the "Tropical Dreams" Deluxe Decoration Package for pictures. (Notes: We can substitute tropical white flowers for the colorful flowers in this package. You can request a four pole bamboo canopy or huppa (chuppah) instead of the two pole arch. It would look like the "Wedding Canopy" except it would have bamboo poles. It could have colorful or white flower decorations. No extra charge for these modifications.)
$400: Tiki Wedding Hut: This is a one of a kind thatched roof wedding hut. It is decorated with colorful silk tropical flowers, greenery and a male/female pair of tiki statues. It can also be decorated with greenery and tropical white flowers instead of the colorful flowers. See the "La Playa Bonita" Deluxe Decoration Package for pictures.
$100: Palm Trees: A pair of six ft tall, life-like palms & silk green plants in the sand.
$50: Palm Decorations: A pair of 3 ft tall life-like palms & silk green plants in the sand.
$100: Double Tiki Torch Altar: Two pairs of large, decorated tiki torches & silk green plants in the sand.
$50: Tiki Torch Altar, Two large decorated torches & silk green plants in the sand.
$100: Pedestal Arrangements: Two arrangements of silk ferns and tropical white flowers are placed upon two white stands.
$100: Aisle: Two large conch shells begin an aisle of silk green plants and tiki torches. You have a choice of tiki torches heights: mini tikis (12 inch), mid-height (2 1/2 ft) tikis decorated with sea shells or tall tikis (4 ft) decorated with silk greenery and white flowers or decorated with colorful birds of paradise. $50: Rose Petal Cover Trail: Fresh rose petals are scattered over the walkway for the wedding party to walk on.
$150: Circle or Heart of Greenery & Tiki Torches: A circle or heart of silk green plants, mini or mid-height tiki torches and two large, decorated Polynesian tiki torches create a special sacred circle in the sand for the bride, groom and officiant. (One color of silk flowers may also be added to the greenery at no extra charge.)
$100: Petal Circle or Heart: Fresh rose petals form a circle or heart around bride, groom and officiant. Your color choice.
$50: Sand Unity Ceremony: A decorated stand, vases of different colors of sand for each person & a keepsake heart-shaped vase make a fun addition to your ceremony. This is for couples or families. See the

$50: Aisle Marker Chair Bows: Tropical white bows, decorated with sea shells adorn the chairs along the aisle.
$5 Each: Chairs: up to 100 white lattice back chairs are available. Delivery, set-up and take-down included.
Beachside Receptions: Cakes / Platters

Cakes: You have a choice of vanilla, marble or chocolate cake and you have a choice of white or off-white butter cream frosting or chocolate fudge frosting. An accent color or two can also be added to your cake.
$100: Intimate Beachside Wedding Cake & Toasting: Includes a small one tier cake topped with fresh flowers (mini bridal bouquet), chilled sparkling apple cider for toasting, a covered decorated table, cake platter & cutter & server, keepsake toasting flutes for the bride & groom and service (disposable plates, glasses, forks, napkins) for the bride and groom only or up to eight guests may be included. (Having more than 10 guests? Add $4 for each extra person.)
$175: One Tier Wedding Cake & Beverage Beachside Reception: Decorated one tier wedding cake serving up to 30, fresh flower cake topper (mini bridal bouquet), chilled sparkling punch in a fountain, covered table and decorations, cake platter and cutter, disposable plates, glasses, forks, napkins and keepsake toasting flutes for bride & groom. (Note: If you are having more than 30 guests, you will need a two tier cake.)
$250: Two Tier Cake & Beverage Beachside Reception: Decorated two tier, stacked wedding cake serving up to 40, fresh flower cake topper (mini bridal bouquet), chilled sparkling punch in a fountain, table covering, cake platter, cutter & server, disposable plates, glasses, forks, napkins and keepsake toasting flutes for bride & groom. (Having more than 40 guests? Add $4 for each extra person.)
50: Cake Fountain: A one, two or three tier cake can be displayed on top of a beautiful, flowing water fountain. Around the fountain, we decorate with flowers that match the topper on the cake.
$300: Three Tier Cake & Beverage Beachside Reception: Decorated three tier cake is displayed on a decorated cascading cake stand. The cake serves 50 if you plan to keep the top tier or 55 if you serve all three tiers. Each tier has a fresh flower cake topper. (mini bridal bouquets) Reception includes chilled sparkling punch in a fountain, table covering, cake platter, cutter & server, disposable plates, glasses, forks, napkins and keepsake toasting flutes for bride & groom.
Price Varies: Larger and Customized Cakes can be ordered. Cakes can also be delivered to your reception site at a nearby location.
20: Real Sea Shells: Can be to added to any cake.
$1 Each: Bottled water and Sodas: Chilled on ice in a cooler.
Reception Platters: An assortment of chilled sodas and bottled water are provided with the reception platters as well as disposable glasses, plates, napkins and forks.
A) $100: Cheese & Fruit Platter: serves 25: Assorted cubed cheeses and fruits are served with crackers. (Add $20 for each additional 5 guests)
B) $150: Meat & Cheese Platter serves 25: Assorted sliced meats & cheeses with a centerpiece garnish of jumbo olives. Served with crackers, small sandwich rolls and condiments. (Add $25 for each additional 5 guests)
C) $75: Veggie Platter serves 25: Assortment of fresh vegetables and dip. (Add $15 for each additional 5 guests)
Other Florida Locations:
We offer wedding packages outside of the Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, & Cape Canaveral areas. We service Vero Beach, Sebastian, Ft. Pierce, Stuart, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, St. Augustine, Orlando, Kissimmee and other beaches on the Florida east coast. We also provide service to the Florida west coast beaches such as Treasure Island, Anna Maria and Pass-a-Grill in the greater Tampa Bay & St. Petersburg areas.
Travel fees: The travel fee for weddings out of our area is 60 cents a mile, roundtrip for each wedding professional involved in your wedding. We have calculated a list of travel fees for some of the locations we service:
